Building History

Located in “Cork Town” and on the fringe of historic “Cabbage Town” it’s the only area left in downtown Toronto that is still zoned to be Industrial, Commercial and Residential. The building was erected in 1910 then reconfigured in 1959 to be a free-standing building (pillars and column free). The height of the ceilings are 10 feet plus (3.9 meters), with steel beams and solid concrete floors (square footage per floor is approximately 3000). Each floor has its own heating and air conditioning unit (high efficiency) and all units are separately metered. The windows throughout the building are “state of the art” TILT/TURN from Germany.

The building’s location is very convenient, just minutes by foot to public transit. Parking is never a problem, with parking for 3 mid-size cars in the driveway of the building.
